Practice

Founded in 1962, D G Jones International, Inc. has offices operating in the USA, Europe and the Middle East. We have our main office in the USA in Woburn, MA as well as an association with Project Cost, Inc. located in Alexandria, VA. Our office in Massachusetts was established in the early 1980s to provide Quantity Surveying services for some very large projects in the Middle East. Since that time we have now established a very strong presence in the US construction market providing our services on projects throughout the Eastern seaboard from Maine to Florida, the Mid West, Louisiana, Texas and even Hawaii.

Experience

Over the past 25 years in the US construction market we have provided our services on nearly 1,400 projects with a total combined value in excess of $16 billion. We provide a wide range of services to the construction industry covering all aspects of construction cost consultancy/estimating, management and contract administration. The wealth of experience gained world-wide over many years, together with the close co-ordination and communication between our offices and personnel, enables us to readily adapt to the circumstances of a project and also to identify, recommend and carry out the services best suited to meet the Clients’ requirements. Our staff are proficient in the use of various software packages in the preparation of Cost Estimates such as REVIT, On-Screen Takeoff, AutoCAD and Microsoft Excel. Our staff are also members of The Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) and The American Society of Professional Estimators (ASPE) and we actively encourage them to pursue certification within these bodies.

Ethics

We are committed to providing the highest ethical standards in our business. In preparing our work we provide an impartial and totally independent service which we consider to be one of the most important aspects of the services we provide. We are an equal opportunity employer, we do not discriminate with regard to race, color, gender, religion, national origin, age, disability, status as a veteran, sexual preference or marital status.
